It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Louise Ruby of Flintstone, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arble C. Moyer and Hilda Moyer (Naill); her husband Jerry Ruby; her sister Shelly Price; and her siblings-in-law, Martha, Debbie, Jim and Junior.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Price (Heather Tracey); her brothers, Wayne Moyer, Tommy Moyer (Pat) and Kevin Moyer (Vicky); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Ruby and Sherry Ruby. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
