He was predeceased by: his brother Peter D. Kelly. He is survived by: his parents, James Patrick Kelly and Mary Louise McSweeney Kelly; his wife Tara Michelle Davies; his daughter Meghan L. Kelly (Luis Ruano); and his siblings, Laura Metas (Andrew) and James Patrick Kelly, Jr. (Robin Foster). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
