It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Mary Adams of Fishing Creek, Maryland, born in Bridgeville, Delaware, who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her former husband Robert "Bobby" Edgar Willey; her children, Kevin Willey (Debbie) of Cambridge, Donny Willey of Fishing Creek and Dawn Townsend (Troy); her grandchildren, Rob Willey, Jr. (Nicole), Chris Willey, Carrie Rose (Lee), Cory Willey (Jessie), Jake Townsend (Amber) and Josh Townsend (Cassidy); her great grandchildren, Hunter Rose, Marissa Willey, Julianna Willey and Levi Willey; her daughter-in-law Joyce Willey; her siblings-in-law, Connie Moxey, Reida and Billy Foxwell; her close friend Lorraine Phillips; her son Robert Howard Willey, Sr.; her siblings, Tillie Tobat Elliott, Mike Tobat, Sr., Jimmy Tobat and Tom Tobat, Sr.; and her pet Buddy.
