She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrien Leo Hansen, Sr. and Mattie Phillips Hansen; and her husband John C. Phillips. She is survived by: her son John Curtis Phillips, Jr. (Beth McMaster); her granddaughter Cristen Phillips; and her great grandchild Jordyn Alexis Matos. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
