We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Vincent Brion Dell of Finksburg, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Joshua Dell and Ruth Anna Baumgardner Dell; and his brother Ed (Barb). He is survived by: his children, Brion, Brandon and Bambi; his siblings, John (Sue), Gary (Judy) and Sarah (Rick); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Skylnn, Isaiah, Waylon and Alexy; his nieces, Tina and Holly; and his nephew Ritchie. He is also survived by numerous aunts and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Carroll County Veterans Independence Project, 95 Carroll St, Suite 104, Westminster, MD 21157 (heroes.vfw.org) or to the VFW, Post 467, 519 Poole Rd., Westminster, MD 21157 (ccvip.vet).
