He was predeceased by: his parent Garland Wilkins. He is survived by: his parent Ida Wilkins (Starling); his spouse Marilyn R. Wilkins (Geare); his children, Thomas G. Wilkins, Jr. (Teresa) of New Oxford, PA and Deborah A. Hudgins (James) of Gettysburg, PA; and his friends, Tony Richardson and Bill Fortin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
