She was predeceased by: her parent Emory Deray Edrington. She is survived by: her parent Grace Edrington (Walker); her spouse James Sawyer; her daughters, Janice Cooke (Jim) of Upperco, MD and Barbara Patterson (Tim) of Severn, MD; her granddaughter Jessica Patterson of Rebecca Patterson; and her stepgrandsons, James Cooke, Jr. (Shelly) and Brad Cooke.
