He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda V. Miller and Russell B. Miller, Sr.; his wife Hilda M. Miller; and his brother Vernon Miller. He is survived by: his children, Russell B. Miller III, Gary E. Miller (Sandra) and Nancy K. Hooper (Warren); his grandchildren, Michael Miller (Samantha), Aimee Miller, Justin Miller (Sharra), Kelsie Gray (Jeff), Aaron Hooper (Brittni) and Abby Hooper (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Eli, Finn Gray, Jace, Raleigh Mae, Wyatt Miller, Kyra Clark, Zach Mansel and Ray Hooper; his sister Anna (Ted); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Alice Rosenberger, Betty Young, Dolly Howard, Janet Miller, Harry Hughes (Bud) and Wilfred Hoff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
