He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Harrison Kirby, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Mary Ruth Logue of Seaford; his wife Elizabeth Dyer; his siblings, Elaine Messick of Delmar and Richard Kirby (Donna) of Ocean Pines, MD.; his son Robert Harrison Kirby, III; his daughter-in-law Melissa; his son James Dyer Kirby; and his daughter-in-law Clara.
