He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lowe and Ella Lowe (Rogers); and his siblings, Ralph Lowe and Maybeth Butler. He is survived by: his wife Joyce V. Lowe; his children, Roger (Jennifer), Marilyn, Glen and Nancy (Dan); his stepchildren, Richard (Diane), Lynn (Robert), Vance (Michelle), Gary (Kathleen) and Lori; and his brothers, Wendell of Waterbury, VT and Gordon of Randolph, VT. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
