He is survived by: his parents, Julius Henry and Edith Lucille Hooks; his daughter-in-law Kellye Hooks of McKinney; his grandchildren, Sarah Beth Rundio (Derek Rundio), Hannah Hooks and John Hooks; his son Scott Hooks; his daughter-in-law Kim of Bedford; and his granddaughter Kayleigh.
