He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blizzard and Clidine Blizzard (Wagner); and his siblings, Edward Blizzard, Russell Blizzard, Melvin Blizzard, Joan Harbaugh, Sylvia Larrimore, Wilson Blizzard and Doug Blizzard.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Blizzard; his stepsons, James E. Gamber of Littlestown, PA and Joseph H. Gamber, III (Karen Kortises) of Westminster; his granddaughter Emily Gamber; and his brothers, Gordon and Roland Blizzard.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel (412 Washington Rd, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
