He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Theresa and Corinne Theresa; and his wife Laura Covey Thomas. He is survived by: his daughter Juanita Rey Thomas Popien (Victor); his granddaughter Victoria Rey Thompson (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Hunter Rey, Trinity, Amelia and Ethan; and his brothers, Les Kaufman (Pam) and Ron Kaufman (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
