He was predeceased by: his parents, John Griffith Carhart, Sr. and Catherine Carhart (Florey); and his spouse Anna Will Carhart (Miller). He is survived by: his children, Catherine Carhart-Sigmon of Finksburg, Stephanie Haines (Michael) of Westminster, Glenda Shamer (John) of Hanover, PA and John Carhart III; his wife Katherine Carhart of Manchester; his brothers-in-law, Guy Miller (Carolyn) of Sanford, FL and Gilbert Miller (Melanie) of Sanford, FL; his grandchildren, Christopher Sigmon, Anastasia Sigmon, Randall Haines, Ashley Deavers, Justin Carhart, Chelsea Strickhouser, Alexandra Carhart, Taylor Carhart and Bret Carhart; and also James Carhart (Bobbie) of Finksburg.
