We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2023, at the age of 88, Joan A. Warnell of Finksburg, Maryland, born in Joliet, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Charles and Louise Santusky Van Allen; and her husband Ronald Joseph Warnell. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Jaye; her son-in-law Stephen Fulton; her sisters, Lou Piotis and Mary Van Allen; and her granddaughters, Savannah Jaye and Grace Manila Fulton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
