He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Frebertshauser Sr. and Elizabeth V. Schaeffer Frebertshauser; and his siblings, Evelyn Redifer (Bob), Clifford Frebertshauser Jr. (Brenda) and Glen Frebertshauser.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law Dave; his sisters, Virginia Gesell (Richard) and Judy Wagner (David); his mother-in-law Hilda Logue; his siblings-in-law, Carroll Eugene Logue (Crystal) and Anna May Muller Etzler (Keith); and his nieces and nephews, Bonnie Henry (Randy), Bobby Redifer (Julie), Eddie Redifer, Missy Davis (Rodney), Rick Gesell, MaryBeth Walls (Frank), Tracy Grimes, Beth Kirsch (Dave), Jason Frebertshauser (Chole), Brandon Frebertshauser, Missy Muller (Staci) and Kristi Kickpatrick (Sam).

“Hello Helen, Judy and Family, This is Allen "Rocky" Sullivan, long time neighbor on Cedarhurst Rd.,Finksburg, Md. I was always honored to wait for the bus, as a kid at Jay's house. His family always treated me so well and Jay would play the Banjo while his brother Cliff and I would play Country songs on the guitar! Cliff was a great singer and taught us to play along and we had a wonderful time! Jay had amazing mechanical skills and won an award at Congoleum ! He will be greatly missed friend!”
