She was predeceased by: her parents, George Armstead Belt and Mary Elizabeth Belt (Wirts); her husband Donald S. Watts; and her son Donald Michael Watts. She is survived by: her children, Gary S. Watts (Charlene) of Hampstead and Jacqie W. O'Meara (Michael) of Westminster; her grandchildren, Jessica Rower, Keara Peterson, Justin Watts, Kelsey Thrasher, Colin O'Meara, Casey O'Meara and Caitlin Rhodes; and her siblings, Donald E. Belt of Taneytown and Shirley Belt Welker of Westminster. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
