He was predeceased by: his parents, John Yelton and Ola Mae Colbert Yelton; his wife Shirley Garland Yelton; and his brothers, Lee, Dennis of Ansel, J. L., Hubert, Ballard and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Walter (David); his brothers, Dale Yelton, Darrell Yelton and Lloyd Yelton; his granddaughter Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Cady, Bella, Caly and Quinn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
