With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Ellen Manner of Finksburg, Maryland, born in Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on November 28, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Mann and Olive Spencer Mann; her husband Charles R. Manner; and her sister Nancy Robertson. She is survived by: her sons, D. Craig Zentz (Betsy) of Westminster and Michael J. Zentz; her friends, Melissa White of Finksburg, Richard W. Zentz (Mary "Lou") of Westminster and Vickie L. Lurz (Steve Greenholtz) of Finksburg; and her sister Betty Lambert of Finksburg. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
