He is survived by: his children, Terry Manning (Claude), Donald Jay Meekins (Cathy), Mark Meekins, Marie Ensor (Michael Albaugh) and Heidi Meekins (Tim Warner); his grandchildren, Mandy, Jack, Brittany, Kiersten, Bradley, Kyle, Samantha, Dustin, Peyton and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Kaylee, Kolton, Bentley and Aulbrey; and his brothers, Nelson Meekins of Romney, WV and Dave Meekins of Hanover, PA..
