He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Harry" Hill and Alverta Hill (Waltz); his granddaughter Katelyn Faith Hill; his father-in-law Raymond Green; and his brothers, Kenny, Bill and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Green); his siblings, Peggy Larkin, Danny Hill, Dwight Hill and Virginia Riddle; his children, Captain Katrina L, Anni L. Foster of Phoenix, AZ and Jon Hill (Christine); his grandchildren, Gus Svoboda, George W. Foster, Lillian and Luke Hill; and his mother-in-law Ruby Green. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
