He is survived by: his children, David C. Kromm, Jr. of Bland, VA, Mark A. Kromm of Finksburg, Janine Polanowski (Bruce) of Westminster and Kurt A. Kromm (Kelly) of Westminster; and his siblings, Jim Kromm (Linda) and Nancy O'Rourke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
