He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth Moreland and Clayton Moreland; his wife Cheryl Moreland (Sheri); his daughters, Whitney Shelley and Kelsey Chenoweth (Wayne); his brothers, Curtis Moreland and Chad Moreland (Julie); his grandchildren, Cameron Shelley, Jayden Moreland, Octaviah Millberry, Zyellah Millberry, Chandler Chenoweth, Crew Chenoweth and Loyale Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Curtis Berry, Trista Moreland, Kody Moreland, Kayla Paulos, Lucy Moreland and Paige Moreland. He was also cherished by loving cousins, relatives and long-standing friends.
The family requests donations be made to Gamber Community Fire Company in honor of Ray's father, a founding member and first Chief, or to the American Kidney Foundation.
