She is survived by: her parent Evelyn Penn Behning; her daughters, Charlotte Martin (Andrew) of Dayton, MD, Ruth Elseroad (Samuel Glenn) of Reisterstown, MD, Linda Peer (Anthony) of Dover, DE and Denise Phipps of Ocean View, DE; her siblings, Natalie Buchness, Albert Behning and Ruthette Crane; and her grandchildren, Charlotte Krempa, Tammy Ferris, Andrew Martin, Melissa Martin, Glenn Elseroad, Howard Elseroad, Timothy Peer, Sam Peer and Gordon Peer.
