She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gill and Lottie Mae Gill; and her husband William "Bill" A. Collins Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Stephen P. Collins (Michelle) of Mechanicsville and Michele Lawson (Todd) of Ellicott City; and her siblings, Nancy Myers, Sally Phillips, Edward Gill, Emily Collins, Eugene and Charles Gill.
