He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Frock and Lillian Marie Frock (Edmondson); and his brother Stanley G. Parks. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Katherine Edwards and Bridget Nicole Frock; his grandchildren, Rylee Bantum and Charles Edwards V; his siblings, Albert Norman Parks and Susan Denise Frock; and his friend March.
