He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael E. Horney and Kathy Abey. He is survived by: his spouse Kristin A. Austin; his son Brayden Austin; his siblings, Michael Horney (Sheree) of Chestertown, MD, Ryan Abey (Morgan) of Centreville, MD and Shelly Crutchley (Jerry) of Sudlersville, MD; and his mother-in-law Anna Whiteman of Ellicott City, MD. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
