With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Carr-Meinecke of Finksburg, Maryland, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on January 23, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Patrick Michael Meinecke, Sr.; her children, Laurie Cole, Michelle Bunty, Albert Meinecke and Patrick Meinecke, Jr.; her grandchildren, Cole, Max, Jake, Carter and Maya; and her sister Linda Hoffman.
