He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Foreman and Suzanne Foreman. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Foreman; his children, Aaron Jacob "Jake" Foreman and Leigh Shana Foreman; his brother Erik Foreman; and his sisters-in-law, Stacey Foreman and Suzanne Savage.
