He was predeceased by: his parents, Leamon Evans and Sarah Evans (Bailey); and his siblings, Billy Wayne Evans, Sr and Geraldine Burgoon. He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Evans; his children, Bobbi Jo Evans of Terri Moore and Tom Bryant; his grandchild Hannah Evans of Tyler Evans; and his brother-in-law Thomas Burgoon. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
