He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Willis and Norma Lee Layton White; his stepfather Russell White; and his wife Sandra Willis. He is survived by: his son William Ronald Willis, Jr. of Federalsburg, MD.; his daughter-in-law Nancy Willis; his siblings, Jimmy Willis (Holly) and Sue Ann Stafford of Laurel, DE.; his daughter Sheila Willis; and his siblings, Edgar Willis, May Willis and Sherian Willis. He is also survived by his three grandchildren and great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
