He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol Wolford (Cunningham). He is survived by: his children, Donna L. Phaneuf of Annapolis, Karen M. Bennett (Delmar), Melody S. Sheats of Rebersburg and William Donald Cunningham III of Preston; his stepsons, H. Benton Hunteman of Annapolis and H. Robert Hunteman of Annapolis; and his siblings, Rebecca Manning of Rice, Carol Sheets of Baltimore and David Cunningham of Parkton. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
