He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Mae Ricketts; and his sons, Kevin and Eric. He is survived by: his daughter Karen; his grandchildren, Shavona, Erica, Elaine, Kayla and Jordon; his great grandchild DeVon; and his sisters, Lillie M. Johnson and Madeline Long. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and caring friends.
