He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Scott and Erma Seward; and his siblings, Walter Scott (Helen), Marguerite Powell (Raymond Powell) and Beverly Willing (Sonny Willing).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Scott of Federalsburg; his children, Kimberly Scott of Federalsburg, Neal Scott and David Scott of Salisbury Maryland; and his grandchildren, Seth, Wendy, Ashley, Ethan, Emily and Logan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
