He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Tull and Mabel G. Wheatley Tull; his wife Kathleen Wright Tull; and his siblings, Hilda Wilkerson, Mary Pusey, Harry Tull, Erma Massey and Ruth Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Kirk S. Tull, Sr. of Federalsburg and Gail L. Willoughby (Bruce) of Federalsburg; his grandsons, Robert Willoughby (Becky) of Federalsburg, Michael Willoughby of Seaford, Andrew Pink (Bryan) of Millsboro and Kirk "Chip" Tull, Jr. (Samantha) of Laurel; his great grandchildren, Thomas Wenger, Mason Tull and Lily Willoughby; and his sister Peggy Clayville of Seaford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
