She is survived by: her husband Steven Foster; her sons, Bill Elliott (Gloria) of Dover and Johnny Elliott of Preston; her siblings, Neil Saylor (Linda) of Felton, Earl Saylor (Sue) of Hillsboro, Delphia Sherwood (Frankie) of Cordova, Chittle Saylor Jr. (Jean) of Preston and Kathy Post of Rhodesdale; and her brother-in-law Terry Perkins of Viola. She is also survived by five half brothers and a half sister.
