He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Seiler and Mary Phinamore Seiler (Bittinger); his son Steven W. Seiler; and his sister Dorothy E. Seiler of Boulder, CO.. He is survived by: his children, Laurie A., Rick Rapa of Woodstock, GA, Wendie K., Jim Zeller of Indianapolis, IN, Dana, Wendy Seiler (Gromen) of Salisbury, MD and Deborah L. Seiler of Manchester, MD.; and his wife Dianne Louise Smith of John's Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Brandywine Valley Animal Shelter or Gideons International.
