He is survived by: his wife Anita Hitchens; his children, Robert Willoughby of Springfield, MO, Rex Willoughby (Kim) of Winona, MD and Christie Simmons (Ken Daniel) of Plainview, NY; his grandchildren, Krystle Bell (Winnie) of Bridgeville, DE, Andrew Willoughby (Amanda) and Joshua Reece of Tampa, FL; his great grandchild Kode Bell; his niece Stacey Howell of Bridgeville, DE; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaden and Kohlden Howell; his brother-in-law Pete Hitchens; and his nephews, Adam Hitchens and Jeremy Hitchens.
