She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Messick and Pauline Short Messick. She is survived by: her grandson Randy C. Messick, Jr. (Autumn) of Greenwood; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Jason, Michael and Ian; her sister Jean Wesner (Richard) of Georgetown; her nieces, Denise Draper (Steven) of Bridgeville, Penny Sharp (Simon) of Bridgeville and Heather Draper of Bridgeville; and her great-nephews, Spencer and Christian.
