He is survived by: his parent Betty Frances Mowbray; his wife Valerie of Federalsburg; his daughter Jennifer Phillips (Douglas) of Easton; his stepson David Chance (Alexa Jester) of Preston; his mother-in-law Shirley Breuil of Eldorado, MD; his brothers, Gerald Keene, Ronnie Keene, Stuart Givens and Steve Keene; his grandchildren, Lily, Chase, Bryce and Tiki; his friend Bruce Vincent; and his children, Jordan Wilson, Alex Wilson, Dave Wilson and Peggy Wilson.
