"Bubby" Stuart (Bonnie) of Easton and Bobby Franklin Stuart (Nancy) of Seaford; his grandchildren, Philip Stuart, Jr. (Stacey), Lori Groves (Lenny), Terry Riggleman, Jill Johnson (Randy), Jamie Hagadorn, Brandon Stuart, Boyd Stuart (Liz), Brent Stuart (Jenna), Kristen Collins and Morgan Collins; and his niece Diane Mowbray (Kevin) of Federalsburg. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
