It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Holliday (Federalsburg, Maryland), who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon T. Fosque and Dorsey L. Holliday, Sr.; his wife Joan Copper Holliday; his son Michael Jerome Holliday Jr.; his granddaughter Jasmine M. Holliday; and his siblings, Carolyn Makell, Joseph Holliday and Shirley Opher.

He is survived by: his daughter Michelle J. Holliday; his grandchildren, Ja'Keira Holliday, Jonte Holliday, Jordan Holliday and Jayla Holliday; his great grandchildren, Jael Holliday Laguerre and Honesty Holliday; his siblings, Patsy Camper, Mary Fosque, Faith Holliday, Bessie Corston (Dave) and Dorsey L. Holliday Jr. (Laura); his aunts, Doris Ann Barnett and Elizabeth Wright; his sons, Andre Davis and Doug Brummell; and his friend Venus Thomas. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
