He is survived by: his father Michael White (Kim Daniels); his siblings, Michelle Wheatley (David Wheatley) and Jason White (Tina North); his girlfriend Shawna Alexander; and his children, A. J., Jeremy, Austin, Evan, Anthony and Cheyanne Carter (Barb Carder).
