We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2023, at the age of 76, Judith Williamson Planner of Federalsburg, Maryland, born in Dover, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Harvey Williamson and Edna Torbert Williamson; and her brother Torbert Williamson of Federalsburg. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Planner; her grandchildren, Brooke Planner (Mason) of Salisbury and Alexis Planner (Tyler) of Federalsburg; her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Mooney of Easton and Annah Mooney of Easton; her brother-in-law Alan Planner (Darlene) of Federalsburg; her nephew Toby Williamson (Jenni); her great-nephew Harvey of Federalsburg; her great-niece Sophie Williamson of Federalsburg; and her cousins, William C. Torbert Sr. (Joyce) of Delaware, William C. Torbert Jr. (Lisa) of Delaware, Lisa Torbert of Delaware, Jim Bishop (Trish) and Linda Jones of Federalsburg.
