She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Hanna; her husband Bill; her son Erik; and her brothers, Dean Arthur and Jay Arthur.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Union United Methodist Church (301 N Main St, Federalsburg, MD 21632). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family askes donations be made to Joanne's church, Union United Methodist Church in Federalsburg, MD or to the American Red Cross to help with hurricane recovery efforts.
