He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Dukes and Agnes Douglas Dukes; his siblings, Pete Dukes, Esther Wheatley, Marie West and Lynn Trice; his nephew Michael Hagadorn; and his niece Deana Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Dukes Johnson (Don) and Gregory Dukes (Donese); his granddaughters, Violet and Iris; his sisters, Marty Smith (Bob) and Mary Dukes Collins (Alan); and his close friends, Kenny Fishell and Sarah Lorence.
