She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Ernest Collins and Eva Mae Smith Collins; her spouse Clayland "Goody" John Quillen; her son Ernest Quillen; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Hubbard Quillen.

She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Cowgill (Palmer) of Federalsburg.
