He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Webb Sr. and Ruth Taylor Webb; and his sister Sally Thornton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Webb of Federalsburg; his children, Brendan Webb (Jennifer) of Hurlock, Eric Webb (Allyson) of Preston, David Webb of Gaithersburg and Taylor Morton (Bill) of Federalsburg; his grandchildren, Noah Webb, Maleaha Webb, Haylyn Webb, Brooklynn Webb, Hazel Webb, Crosby Webb and Webb Morton; and his sisters, Dele Fadden of Olympia, WA and Bertha Aspenberg of Denton.
