She is survived by: her sons, Thor Gunnarsson and Leifur Sweitzer (Chelsea); her grandchildren, Abigail Gunnarsson (Hanna), Thor and Max Gunnarsson; her husband Bill Sweitzer; her daughter-in-law Erica; her parents, Katla Leifsdottir and Biggir T Helgason; and her brothers, Hilmar Helgason (Christy) and Leifur Helgason (Kathy).
