She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas NIckel Jackson and Minnie Mae Ritenour Jackson; her husband Paul Elzey; her sons, Michael Jess Elzey and Paul Eric Elzey; and her siblings, Thomas Jackson, Jr., Frank Jackson, Marshall Jackson, Nettie Windsor and Lucille Richardson.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Elzey; her sister Betty Parks of Federalsburg; her grandson Nicholas Parks (Marcia) of Delmar, DE; and her great grandchild Gianna Parks.
